clean hotel, amazingly helpful staff & perfect and nice location close to vaporetto station sant angelo. a nice size rooms in a true venitian style, very good services. sumptuous breakfast choice with fresh pancakes and options for everyone, as for instance.

During my three-night stay, I appreciated the effort of the staff who managed things well even during a high tide. The morning breakfasts set a good start to each day with their coffee and hot chocolate. It felt good to have a team that stays calm under pressure, which reminded me of how I handle things back home in New York. It was great.

Excellent hotel in a very good location in Venice

The location, the authentic decor and sumptuous breakfast made for a very pleasant stay for the 4 nights we were there.

Lack of air con or similar made the room warm, having the windows open invited the mosquitoes in. Both were tolerable in november but would be a problem in the warmer months.

The luxury apartment I got was included with a jacuzzi, table and chairs, comfortable facilities. Sumptuous breakfast served at the bar.

I liked the fact that it was within walking distance to all the major sights. The room, although small, had everything I needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the waiters were very attentive. Traveling alone, I felt safe and secure staying here and would stay here again.

Our stay in the junior suite was fantastic, with stunning high ceilings and a beautiful bathtub that we loved. The garden area was perfect for some peace while we sipped coffee, and the steam room was a relaxing upgrade we didn’t expect. The only hiccup was the breakfast sounds coming from the kitchen too early, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! ☕️

This was a lovely hotel with a professional, pleasant and experienced staff. The room was small, but very luxurious and well appointed. The location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would stay again if we go back to Venice.

The hotel is a beautifully refurbished historical merchant estate. The staff were fantastic and met all of our needs. Great location in Venice, within walking distance of all major sights, shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay here and it was the highlight of Venice for us.

We stayed in a luxury apartment with a Turkish bath, and it was amazing! Super spacious with a comfy pull-out sofa for our son. The steam room was a huge bonus after a long day of walking. Cozy private bedroom, so we weren't all crammed together. Loved the generous coffee pods and high-end bath products. The whole family used the steam room daily. It reminded me of a spa! Way better than a regular hotel room.
